<P STYLE="text-align: justify;">Vinokourov is only one case among others as regards doping. We want to use the genetics to prove doping whereas it is only one method of control to know what it would be necessary to
implement controls of the surrealist performances. </P>
<P STYLE="text-align: justify;">It is said that cycling is bad with the cheating whereas when cheaters are found that says that there are controls. It however should be known that in all the sports there is not
independent organization correctly financed to control the athletes. They are the same ones which gives the medals and controls the runners. </P>
<P STYLE="text-align: justify;">However there is a solution with doping. Since 1998, Alternativ, directed by Antoine Vayer, has a test anti-drug which is not used in the world of the sport. It is a blood test which
requires for its installation to prohibit any type of drug. This test was thus refused because certain drugs were authorized. </P>
<P STYLE="text-align: justify;">Well-sure when one is controlled positive with testosterone or the EPO it should be said that the cheater already took masking and feels virgin of any suspicion. Only there always were
cheaters and that will not change. When it is indicated that there should not be one deludes oneself.</P>
