<P STYLE="text-align: justify;">Vinokourov n�est qu�un cas parmi d�autres pour ce qui est du dopage. On cherche actuellement � utiliser � la g�n�tique pour prouver le dopage alors que ce n�est qu�un moyen de contr�le
pour savoir ce qu�il faudrait mettre en oeuvre contre des performances surr�alistes.</P>
<P STYLE="text-align: justify;">On dit que le cyclisme est verrol� par la triche alors que lorsqu�on trouve des tricheurs cela veut dire qu�il y a des contr�les. Il faut pourtant savoir que dans tous les sports il
n�existe pas d�organisme ind�pendant et correctement financ� pour contr�ler les athl�tes. Ce sont les m�mes qui remettent les m�dailles et contr�lent les coureurs.</P>
<P STYLE="text-align: justify;">Pourtant il existe une solution au dopage. Depuis 1998, Alternativ, dirig� par Antoine Vayer, poss�de un test anti-m�dicament qui n�est pas utilis� dans le monde du sport. C�est un test
sanguin qui demande pour sa mise en place d�interdire tout type de m�dicament. On a donc refus� ce test parce que certains m�dicaments �taient autoris�s. </P>
<P STYLE="text-align: justify;">Bien-s�r lorsqu�on est contr�l� positif � la testost�rone ou � l�EPO il faut dire que le tricheur a d�j� pris des masquants et se sent vierge de tout soup�on. Seulement il y a toujours eu
des tricheurs et cela ne changera pas. Lorsqu�on indique qu�il ne doit pas y en avoir on se leurre.</P>
