<li>N'a pas permis d'enseigner le co-développement. Les pays pauvres ont servi à la spéculation.</li>

<p><font color="#000000">La culture des 30 glorieuses n'était pas que populaire. Elle était aussi orientée vers les grands travaux. Pendant ce temps l'occident spéculait sur les problèmes des pays pauvres.</font></p>
